Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Rowabi Affiliate Program. By joining our program through Refersion, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a 10% commission on all qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links.

• Commissions are calculated based on the gross sale amount (order value) at the time of purchase.

• Orders that are later refunded, canceled, or identified as fraudulent will result in the associated commission being reversed.

2. Cookie Duration & Attribution

• Affiliate tracking is based on Refersion’s tracking technology.
• Sales are credited to the affiliate if the customer completes a purchase within the applicable cookie window set in Refersion.
• Only the last affiliate link clicked prior to purchase will receive commission credit

3. Payout Schedule

• Commissions are locked and payable 45 days after the purchase date to account for returns, refunds, or fraud checks.

• Payments are issued only for approved and non-refunded transactions.

• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payment details in Refersion are accurate and up to date.

4. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may promote Rowabi through approved marketing channels including:

• Websites, blogs, and content platforms

• Social media (organic posts)

• Email newsletters (to opt-in audiences only)

Affiliates may not:

• Use misleading, false, or deceptive claims

• Bid on branded keywords Rowabi in paid search unless explicitly approved

• Use spam, unsolicited emails, or automated traffic

• Impersonate Rowabi or present themselves as the official brand

• Use coupon or cashback promotions without prior approval

5. Returns, Refunds & Fraud

• Any refunded, returned, or fraudulent orders will result in the reversal of the associated commission.

• We reserve the right to withhold commissions in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.

6. Program Modifications & Termination

• Rowabi reserves the right to modify commission rates, terms, or program structure at any time with notice.

• Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time.

• Upon termination, unpaid commissions for valid, approved sales will be paid according to the standard payout schedule.

7. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates participate as independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for:
